Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the return authorization slip provided by the portal to ensure timely processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup if available in your region.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
