Where does The Frankie Shop ship?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed from our warehouses in the US and Europe, depending on stock availability and your delivery destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are considered final sale.
How do I determine my size?
Since we curate a variety of independent designers alongside our own label, sizing can vary. We provide specific measurements and fit notes on each product page to help you choose the best size.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
Will I have to pay international duties and taxes?
For international orders, duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.
